Fifteen prominent technology firms from across the globe have united to establish the Trusted Tech Alliance (TTA) at the Munich Security Conference. This coalition, comprising companies from Africa, Asia, Europe, and North America, aims to provide a cohesive response to the demands for reliability and security in a fast-evolving technological landscape.
The TTA’s formation addresses concerns regarding the trustworthiness of digital technologies and their implications for individuals and communities. By agreeing on a core set of principles, the participating members commit to ensuring that their offerings—spanning connectivity, cloud solutions, semiconductors, software, and artificial intelligence—are developed and operated with transparency, accountability, and respect for data protection.
