Full Story

Molly-Mae Hague and her sister Zoe Rae spent a delightful evening at the Opera House in Manchester, attending the 30th anniversary tour of Riverdance. The outing took place last night, but it initially kicked off with a seat mix-up.

Molly-Mae, 26, had intended to secure seats located four rows from the front but mistakenly booked those four rows from the back instead. While seated in the gallery section, Zoe, 28, shared their mix-up with fans via Instagram, providing a snapshot of their view from the upper tier. In her post, she wrote, “Thought she’d picked seats 4 rows from the front, but instead she got 4 rows from the back.”

A light-hearted selfie posted by Zoe featured the sisters enjoying chocolate-coated pretzels, with her affectionately calling her sister a “Silly Billy.” Despite the initial seating error, the duo managed to relocate to the stalls for the second act, although Zoe did not elaborate on the process that led to their upgrade, playfully noting, “You don’t ask, you don’t get.”

In another post, Zoe couldn’t contain her excitement as she captioned a picture of them in their new seats with laughter emojis, exclaiming, “Not us bagging FRONT ROW seats for the second half.” Zoe reiterated her belief in the motto, stating, “I will swear by the motto you don’t ask, you don’t get!”

After the performance, Zoe expressed her enjoyment, describing the evening as the “best” and commending the talent of the Riverdance performers. She shared video clips from the show and added, “We’ve been the biggest Riverdance fans for years & it NEVER disappoints.”

Interestingly, this outing follows Molly-Mae’s recent reflections on her busy summer schedule, during which she expressed concern about not having engaged in any enjoyable social activities. In a vlog last month, she lamented, “I haven’t done one fun social thing. I haven’t a life.” She highlighted her desire for more social interactions, using a day out with friends and children as an example.

The sisters’ theatre trip not only brought them a memorable experience but also highlighted the importance of some fun amidst a busy summer.
